Duo Customer service is HORRIBLE! All you ever get is an automated response and you never get you help. I made the mistake of paying for a year up front and I'm only 1 month in and having what should be a simple issue for customer service to resolve. I can no longer use this app that I have paid for up front, but customer service blows off e-mails other than "they've updated the trouble ticket", which does no good when no one is there to help resolve. Until they get more help in customer service (or maybe just more competent customer service) BEWARE OF PAYING TO USE THIS APP!!!
