There are a few very frustrating things that I've experienced numerous times. They keep track of your lessons and if you miss a lesson your streak (how many days in a row you've practiced) gets impacted. You can "purchase" streak freeze's with points. I have had them not record days I've practiced and use my streak freeze. Another issue is at the beginning of a lesson they will tell you you get 30 points for the lesson then only give 10. Or even worse you are told you will get double points then you don't. I have notified them 3 times about these issues and nothing has changed. Aside from these frustrations I feel like I am learning to read, write and speak Spanish in away that is easy, supportive and fun!- except for the mishaps I mentioned.
