Truly, I thought Dropbox was fantastic.I now know that they are in fact an insidious company that takes your money and when you need to speak with them they simply aren't anywhere to be found.Should you wish to cancel your subscription and indeed download your photos, for instance, ...... well, good luck with this.....my recommendation:STAY AWAY FROM DROPBOX......
