Ridiculous rules and excessive customer punishment policies

I have paid for Dropbox Professional for the last 3 years. However, I'm now looking for better options. Dropbox's ridiculous file sharing limits, punishments for breaking their limits, and lack of support around this issue have forced us to leave. I would NOT recommend dropbox to anyone. We got frozen out from file sharing three days ago for an undisclosed amount of time (we are still frozen) simply for reorganizing our files within their system. They said that we moved to many files around and we are now being punished for doing so. Yes, they actually punish customers by preventing you from using all of their features. That is NOT a good business practice for a service that costs us $40 a month.
