Easily the worst customer support I've ever experienced with any online company. I have been with Dropbox for 6 years and really liked the service, but now all I want to do is leave. The Dropbox client is eating up the space on my hard drive - from 400gigs of empty space to 5 Megabytes in less than a day. My computer has become unusable. Customer chat is unavailable and email support's answer - after 25 hours - is they will kick it up to tech support. 3 days later and at least 10 emails sent and they have yet to respond. Unbelievable. Don't EVER get connected with this company.
