I've been a Dropbox advance customer for years, paying £1100 pa. I have moved to one drive, and for the first time, requesting support with migrating files to OneDrive. Dropbox have locked files and throttled the file sync to make it impossible to transfer the files in time before they delete my files. Customer support are reluctant to help. Do not fall prey to these people.
