Customer service is horrible. They just want you to pay . After you pay, they do not answer emails and there is not way to contact them in official way. Other options is a chat. Chat people from customer service do not know how to spell words in English and cannot type one sentence in 10 mins !, how are they hired to be a customer service representative ? They block your content , if you are late to pay , where you are not able to see your files stored. Not ethical ! No customer service. NO refund . NO MORE DROPBOX BUSINESS FOR ME after all of these.
