This is the worse company to exist not only is it hard to contact someone.but half the time you have to go through some kind of gervience officer that doesn't help you with anything.my accounts been hacked now I can't get back in.even If you report something to Google services that directly breaks tos they will do nothing.google is worthless if there was a better company I'd leave it
