I am a small part time private London tour guide trading as Bowler and Hatte. Before covid I used Google Ads to promote my website online. I stopped trading during covid and paused my Google Ads campaigns. Later Google Ads discontinued my account as there was no activity.I now wish to start trading again. I set up my website again and tried to start a new Google Ads campaign. This was refused by Google Ads; they say my account is suspended for violating their Google Ads policy. My appeal against this decision has been rejected. These allegations are totally without foundation but Google refuse to give me any details of the allegations against me so that I have no redress. This is preventing me effectively from trading as no one will find my website when searching for a private guide online. It is impossible to contact anyone at Google for me to pursue this matter. Google's actions are an unlawful restraint of trade and an abuse of Google's monopoly position.
