The customer support is outstanding! I had an issue with my sites image slider. I coded it myself with JavaScript and it was working correctly locally for me. When I added it to the site file it would not work live. John L Was able to diagnose that the images in question had incorrect formatting on the file extensions. John provided a detailed explanation of how he diagnosed the error and how I could fix it.This is a giant reason to why I continue to use DreamHost.
