DoorDasher refused correct ID.

My boyfriend ordered beer. He gave the dasher his old ID by mistake. The dasher scanned it and said it had expired. My boyfriend tried to give the dasher the correct ID (both were in his wallet). The dasher refused to take it saying once it's scanned that's it. So DoorDash charged him a 25 dollar restocking fee according to customer service (which I contacted). I was told that it was up to the dasher whether or not to accept the correct ID. The agent said she would send it to the higher ups for a one time courtesy credit. I don't think I will use DoorDash again.
