The dasher and Dash support

The dasher, who was supposed to hand me my delivery order decided to take a picture of a bag of what appeared to be food and messaged that he left it in an open courtyard of my apartment complex...THIS WAS AFTER....I contacted him, messaged via chat, gave him and Dash Support my address, but was told that he could not find my address. Moments later, Dash Support, stated he can not leave his vehicle and that I need to come downstairs and I asked for 10 mins as this RULE was unknown and not communicated before payment and it seemed discriminatory. I am immobile at the moment. To be clear, my residence/zip code is rated A plus by law enforcement. Dash Support stated the Dasher would wait 10 mins and hand me my food...obviously the picture shows that NEVER happened.. and I don't know what happened to the food.
