I ordered some groceries from Meijer and the doordasher did not properly enter my substitute in the system for my hamburger patties. I ordered a 8 count of patties and received a 4 count which is not only 1/2 the quantity I ordered but 1/2 the price. I reached out to customer service and they said they cannot give me my money back. I sent photos and talked to several representatives and took photos of the conversation, the products, and my order as proof to escalate this matter as far as I can. I was using my foodstamp benefits for this so every penny counts and they are keeping the price difference between what I ordered and what I was substituted, stealing from me.
