I was just charged $199.99 for an annual subscription I never knowingly signed up for. At no point did I give consent for this, and I’m extremely careful with these things—I didn’t even start a free trial because I was worried something like this would happen.To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact a real person for support, and they don’t offer refunds. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. Honestly, this is one of the worst platforms I’ve encountered. I won’t be using it again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
