Unfortunately, I have only received **automated replies**, with no real resolution or refund offered.I have already contacted my bank, and if this situation isn’t resolved soon, I will have to **seek legal assistance**.I'm very disappointed, especially after seeing **many similar complaints from other users**. This kind of unauthorized and non-transparent billing damages trust and reflects very poorly on the platform.
