Never use this service!I tried to cancel my website twice before the automatic renewal and couldn't get anyone to chat with me. Then finally I did after the payment had gone through and they said they couldn't help me after the payment had gone through. AWFUL COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS, GODADDY or WORDPRESS is better.
