Support is abysmal. They only offer chat and the reps on the other end work more than one case at a time which means that they are slow to respond and frequently ask the same question more than once b/c they forgot my answer. I've spent an hour trying to fix my email for the second time and I am no closer to resolution. How can I operate a business without functioning email? And if I can't operate my business, how am I supposed to pay these guys?
