Support Not Responsive worst backend suport ever

Hi, I'm trying to contact you via live chat on the website, but it's not working. I reached out by email about something urgent and have yet to receive an answer. Please ask your support team to reply to me as this is very frustrating, with the support being unreachable.Update: It's been 3 days and every time I contact then on the live chat they say they will reply to my case within 8 hours. It's been 72 hours+ and they haven't yet resolved my case. I ended up discovering today that after 5 of their agents said that have made my ticket as a priority, they in reality did not make it a priority (according to my last conversation with their agent) Worst customer support ever. If my case was not urgent, I would have been okay but this is super urgent. Support If you see this, please reply to my emails ASAP!!!! UPDATE after 4 days of chasing upThey still have not resolved the problem. Their backend escalation team is one of thr worst customer experiences I've ever had in my entire life!!!! It's been 4 days and every time I conta t their support to get an update they keep repeating the same story. " our billing team will get in contact and resolve your issue with 8 hours". They keep using delaying tactics yet there is no answer from them despite me explaining why the matter is super urgent before the website expires. They seem to not care to resolve the issue on time. TERRIBLE customer experience. Once I solve this issue I will be moving all my website somewhere esle!
