BEWARE – SCAMMERS! DO NOT GIVE DOMAIN.COM A SINGLE DOLLAR!I have never been more disgusted with a company. DOMAIN.COM is a complete scam operation. Stay far away. They charged me hundreds of dollars over two years for services I never requested, never used, and never agreed to. They have NO phone support – just a chat system, which only serves to waste your time and protect their interests, not yours.When I confronted them with clear proof that I never authorized these charges, they admitted it – they flat-out told me they were charging me for something I never asked for. And still, they REFUSED to refund me. Can you believe that?I have the entire chat transcript saved and will be taking further action, because this is absolutely unacceptable and unethical.There are plenty of companies out there who actually value their customers and offer real support.
