Just got back from Disney World, numerous transportation issues. Like a 10 min ride on gondola that took almost 30 minutes. Monorail to Epcot stopped running a few times. Had a dinner reservations cancelled. Disney had no answer. However, one employee said it was due to lack of qualified cast members. I met many employees who stated they were new when I asked for information. However my worse experience was with Guest Relations, I was lied to, worse yet was the condescending attitude. Finally, wait times on phone could be hours. Never got anything straightened out.
