On hold for nearly 2 hours after being "disconnected" previously. The customer service representative was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. I am floored that people insist Disney has the best customer service. I would never recommend their theme parks or cruise line....both extremely overpriced. The woman did absolutely nothing to help the situation, just kept trying to argue with me. When I asked her not to, she laughed at me. I had her on speaker phone, as I know to do with these situations and everyone in the room heard how rude she was. I even let her know I had screenshots of my reservations and page I viewed and she kept wanting me to read her what it said from the screenshots. I asked for an email address I could easily forward them to prove I was not a liar, as she kept insinuating. She said that wouldn't be necessary and proceeded to lose my business. They customers like dirt, Walt must be rolling in the grave. Very sad!!!
