I have been a loyal Disneyland customer since 2016. I have been appalled and so disappointed at my customer service from Disneyland. After 3 hours on hold to speak to a supervisor, I am hung up on. I am currently on another hour hold to explain my situation and it has been so frustrating. The customer service representative I spoke to dismissed the situation at 5:16pm PST without even hearing what occurred. I spoke to a cast member who told me NOT to renew my magic key pass because Disneyland was not selling new key passes- which was misinformation. Obviously, I followed the cast members directions. This resulted in my pass expiring past the renewal date since they told me Disney was not renewing passes. I was misdirected by the cast member and have been on hold trying to resolve this for over 4 hours. I just want to renew my pass.
