Waste of time/Waste of money

Every time I attempt to watch something, I encounter difficulties rejoining my account because the credit card is registered in a different province from the place I am watching (using a Lloyds Bank card while in Spain). This is the third and final time I am facing this issue, as I will no longer be making any payments to their service.
