My account was disabled without warning or explanation (I didn't even receive an email saying that I had violated the rules). I never broke any rules, yet Discord support just sent me an automated reply from a bot and refused to explain why I was banned. I spent over $50 on Nitro and cosmetics, and I used the account for both personal and business communication. Their system flagged me as a “spammer” just because I was typing in chat during a voice call with my friends. I explained this and sent proof, but they ignored it and closed the case. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and will escalate further. Discord's support has become completely unresponsive and robotic. Real users are being treated like garbage
