Non existant customer support sending generic messages I TOTALLY DISTRUST THIS WEBSITE NOW

Noticed a cd on my wantlist for sale at £256 (quite a rare cd). I clicked on the link on discogs site and it kept displaying either NONE for sale or OOPS WE RAN INTO A PROBLEM.I decided to download the app and after a few attempts to buy the cd, it actually gave me an option to order it. Obviously due to the price,and many angry discogs customers complaining online about being sent invoices for items already sold, i wanted the seller to confirm that the invoice wasn’t just the (common) glitch on the site of discogs sending out invoices automatically for items already sold to someone else.No reply at all from seller so i decided to contact discogs (non existant) support. No phone number, no human interaction, just 3 of THE SAME GENERIC REPLY SENT TO ME EVERY TIME.What a complete waste of my time. Obviously with customer service like that i aint gonna risk sending £256 via their dodgy platform.After my experience, and reading the experiences of so many other people, I’m genuinely surprised discogs are still in business.
