What a cowboy company. If you planning to sell please do not use this company. I sold an item and the parcel was left outside the buyer's house but apparently, he said he never received it. Evri is had to contact and they are saying we need the booking fee which is with depop as they sent the label. Depop has responded that they are refunding the buyer by taking money from my account. I have lost a Gucci watch and now have to pay the seller which I am not going to do. To make matters worse I had a dress on sale and an offer was sent which I never accepted as I didn't want to do any business with depop. Strangely the offer got accepted most probably by depop themselves and the buyer sent me the money but I am more than happy to refund the buyer as I am not paying a fee to depop but guess what depop has already taken a fee. Please use vintage or eBay instead.
