This company are absolutely terrible and scam artists. Had been selling for a while and saved up a couple thousand pounds before transferring to my bank account. I got a random email saying they had blocked my account and withheld my money from sold items over the year and refuse to transfer me the funds back. When I asked why it was blocked, they kept replying with its under review from Florence B who honestly is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Same standard template over 2 months. They simply refuse to release my funds without justifiable reason.Since account got blocked, 1 specific high order claimed they didn't receive their goods so I sent Depop tracking information which showed the goods were signed for and delivered, guess what...Depop fraudently took money from my bank account and refunded buyer even though I'd provided them proof and there was a photograph attached upon delivery so nothing seems to be good enough.I'm gonna seek legal action as this is theft and for any future sellers, id highly recommend avoiding this platform.
