The site is really buggy. I bought a sample item from a seller with a great reputation and legit store front. I couldn't figure out why my order never shipped. Depop hid that the seller had messaged me with a concern (sending no notification), and then hid my response from the seller. I had to reach out to the seller on their business website. Once that was sorted out, they shipped my order immediately. If the seller didn't have a business website, I'm not sure what would have happened.
