Simply awful

Simply awful. Bought an item and the seller didn't send it. I had to wait 7 days for them to add tracking details, which they didn't. I was required to open a case in the resolution centre and wait a further 7 days for the seller to respond. They didn't. It was "escalated to Depop" and I have been asked to wait another 7 days for them to "investigate". And then there will invariably be the time taken to refund me. The total time will be approaching a month before I get my money back.How do these processes take so long? They are painfully elongated and solely impact the buyer. Will not use again and cannot recommend at all.
