Customer service HA!

I purchased an item.. when it arrived it wasn't the size it was advertised at.. I requested a return via depop..I was advised that they will contact the seller on my behalf and if they haven't responded within 48hours then they would refund me. The seller didn't get back to depop so I was refundedI asked for a shipping label and was told I didn't need to return the item.Feeling sorry for the seller I reached out and said I would still return the item if they paid postage.Roll on another 48 hours and I had an email from depop threatening me to return the item within 48 hours and to upload a postage receipt.or action would be taken This was on a Friday.. I am registered disabled and I would need to wait for my husband to post it.No postage label was supplied.Contacted depop and was advised a special team will now deal with it..I haven't heard anything since...I will never use depop again.This is what you get for being a nice person... I could have easily kept the item and not offered to return it.
