Not redacting personal information. Had to contact through help center form because they banned my account and refusing to help me get my payouts.Suspended my account for listing bags with serial numbers and close-ups. I asked why and their response is "counterfeits" while they have TONS of replica items on there with no serial numbers provided.asked for assistance and to redact my information for my privacy (which is under their own law/regulations) and they ghosted me for 2-3 weeks and counting.Support is also deliberately ignoring my requests and marking every ticket as "solved" without responding to any ticket.TERRIBLE Service. you cannot avoid any replicas as they are flowing on there. and half of the item's descriptions are "1:1 iykyk".
