I sold a very expensive Moncler jacket here and the day it was delivered to the seller they suspended my account with no reason and without paying me.These people are a joke, when I had bought a fake item I was told to return it.Even though my jacket was not fake and I have all the proof that it’s real. They suspended my account with no valid reason.Wouldn’t trust them at all and they’re not even offering to look into it.Just a simple case closed to them because they’re not bothered about customer care whatsoever.£407 they owe me.Wouldn’t surprise me if the buyer hadn’t even reported it fake and they’ve just pocketed the money themselves.
