Thank you Delta staff and Captain of VS 4045 from LHR to Atlanta. This was was a Delta flight (code sharing with Virgin) on 12 March.We record a huge thanks to the Captain for his excellent landing in very windy conditions. Also to all the staff on the flight who gave excellent customer service. We subsequently met the Captain (hello if you are reading this) on our next flight to SLC and again he was enormously helpful with various pieces of information for our journey.
