Poor Customer Service

Hello I was on flight 669 Las Vegas to Detroit. First the seats were preassigned. When the link came to pick our seats we were not able to select seats together. My thought is if we paid for our tickets together you would at least seat us together. Then we board and I am told by the person sitting in my seat that " this was reassigned to me so I can set with my family". I want to sit with my spouse, did not have that option. When we were boarding the scanner turned orange the person canning stated enjoy your flight. She knew the orange indicator meant something, instead she chose to remain silent. I then go to the seat that was originally assigned to the person now in my assigned seat. A young lady with an attitude comes and says you are in my seat. Once again I am moving truly irritated and unhappy not to mention looking pretty stupid at this point. I go to Brenda the flight attendant and ask where is my seat. She states 14E. If she saw it I know the other person also saw it. My frustration is you assigned our seats originally and separated us. We did not have the option to sit together when the seat selection became available. Then my seat is changed and you did not have the courtesy to tell me. I had to be told by a patron. Brenda the attendant came to take drink request, I asked for Cranberry no ice. Just to let you know I am still waiting for the drink. I have been home for two days.Both people beside me got there drinks. I spent my money to buy a ticket form your organization. I was not told I would not be able to sit with my spouse when I purchased the tickets. Your lead attendant announced that you are the best airline. I consider the best one who cares about the people who supports the business. We work for our income and we do not appreciate the service we got. Please let me know how you can accommodate us.
