My flight on 31JAN23 got delayed by 6hr and 35 minutes. When I come to the ticket counter at GulfPort airport raising my concern that I would miss my connecting flight to San Diego and that I need to be there before 2PM to pick up my relative from the hospital. The agent snorted at me and said “ well you just need to make arrangement for your relative” That is the most rude and terrible thing to say for a customer service rep. Delta air counter agent display the same disinterest in helping or answering customer’s question or concerns at Atlanta airport also. I will never book delta air again and will make sure my family and friend do too. Flight AA they have more respect for their customer
