We had an extremely negative experience with Delta Airlines at the Las Vegas airport. The customer service was terrible; the employees were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving passengers' issues. Furthermore, the disorganization was evident at every step of the process.To make matters worse, a system failure rendered the staff completely inefficient, demonstrating that they are not prepared to handle technological disruptions. This lack of preparation and professionalism made the trip even more stressful. I would not recommend flying with Delta Airlines, especially from Las Vegas.
