I bought a TK flight for my daughter as a 15th birthday gift, she wanted to spend time with my family. It was 4 hours flight on a first class seat, Delta is connected with Aeroméxico so they asing a seat with Aeroméxico, Delta change her flight at last minute for the next day and at the last minute (I don't know who) change her seat from first class to economy. I understand that sometimes flights change but change her seat?! Im not agree with that, I bought her first class seat so she doesn't seat with a stranger but she was seating with a stranger during the flight. What I saw at the Airport is that Aeroméxico they make the Airplane full, they fill up every single seat and if you carry two luggage they make you to leave one to pick up on the next day at the airport. This isn't what I expected and definitely isn't what I paid for, I'm not happy at all with these two companies.
