I'm just beside myself seeing the latest news about Delta once again harassing their customers for no good reason. Ever since 9/11 airlines have decided to forego any past policies regarding good customer service and are now harassing anyone, anytime they feel like it. What made them get the idea that I should be required to take off my shoes when going through the metal detector? Have you ever even heard of a person hiding a gun, knife, taser, numchucks, pepper spray or ANY OTHER WEAPON in their shoes? Cause i haven't. I won't say she needs to sue but I will say to Delta Airlines, please set a new standard of excellence and invite people to come fly on an airline that welcomes all without scrutiny over things people might find offensive because Delta supports the freedom given to all Americans in the Constitution. So what if words on a t shirt are offensive? Do we not live in a place where we are free to express ourselves any way we want whether it's offensive or not? I support white supremacists freedom of speech the same as I support the churches freedom of speech though I find both to be equally offensive, why isn't EVERYBODY?
