Deloitte did the taxes for new employees who underwent relocation at my company. Absolutely atrocious. Slow, unresponsive, inaccurate. Sent in records in early February, they did not even start until the first week of April and only then because we called and emailed to ask when they would be done. The accountant/CPA made a number of errors on the first try. Every fix took 3-5 days. I have never filed taxes late in my life until Deloitte did them on my behalf. When the deadline was around the corner, I called out of anxiety and their only response was, "Oh ... yeah ... we'll file an extension." It was more expensive and more stressful than doing them myself. I cannot express how terrible the service was. I will never use Deloitte for anything, even if not tax service related. For shame.
