I bought two dell computers a year ago…

I bought two dell computers a year ago and as soon as we received them, they were trouble. Neither one worked properly. Both kept crashing, neither would update or take forever to update. Finally my husbands shut down and would not start up or just gave a blue screen. I took my husband’s in for repair because I bought the extended warranty and spent hours on the phone with a dell tech and they could never help get it running again. So the local repairman told me this evening that he got it running but it was not new hardware, some of it was older operating system hardware. When I bought the computer it said it was NEW. But I learned tonight it was actually not new but refurbished but advertised as new. Now on to my computer. Similar problems. Advertised as new, but never would update and continues to tell me that their are disk, drive, storage, memory, update problems and the list goes on. Crashes and every once in awhile I get a pop up about windows 7. Supposed to have had windows 10 installed when I purchased ( supposed to have been new). It too I’m sure is a refurbished piece of trash. I will Never buy from Dell again. The local repairman said it would cost more to repair it than buy new. Dell - if you read these reviews- I want my money back! Plus the cost of Excedrin for all the headaches your computers have caused.
