I purchased a laptop through their website and paid through UPI PayTM in India. The money got deducted from my account instantly but I never received an order confirmation. Since then I have been calling their customer service team everyday only to be told that it would be resolved in 24 hours. It has now been almost 2 weeks and there is no response or ownership of this issue at their end. I am contemplating going to the police to lodge a complaint as this is fraudulent behaviour. Dell customer care team is hardly bothered. My honest advice would be to avoid any purchase if you don't want to lose your hard earned money.
