Completely and utterly baffled by Dell Technical Support’s responses:As Technical Support were edging closer to a solution to the third of three problems with my under-warranty Inspiron laptop, they suddenly declared that my PC was fine. If the doctor refuses to acknowledge you have any symptoms it is a dire situation.After a lot of research, on the problem of the intermittent very loud whooshing sound from the fan, which Dell decided suddenly did not exist, I found a solution.I offered them a constructive suggestion when I got back in touch with them but the situation was even more condemning. I have created a webpage to try and alert others to what I think is best described as dysfunctional. dell-pc-truth-denial.gaThe laptop itself works fine now, actually in spite of Dell, but it would fill me with dread to think I had to deal with their Technical Support again.
