When I purchased my Dell, I was able to order with no issue and spoke to someone that spoke American English.I was issued a credit of $90 from Dell for an issue they caused and it has been a headache talking to people overseas that can barely speak English.I opened my Dell Credit Line because I was interested in the Dell Rewards. With all other companies, as soon as you open an account you are enrolled in their rewards program. I placed my order and when I got my first invoice I "enrolled" in Dell Rewards. Since I did not "enroll" at the beginning, I was not given my Dell Rewards.I could have just paid with another credit card that offers me rewards. When I explain that to Dell Financial Services they take no responsibility and say that they can choose how they want to do their programs.I will be paying my credit line in full and closing this account.Please get people in the states to assist. It sounds awful when I don't understand and it is staticky on the phone. It sounds like I'm going to the Quicky Mart around the corner.I will never purchase Dell again.
