Horrible experience with customer care

Horrible experience with customer service. They keeps on saying same thing to do even when we say that's not working for us. Different people will come and chat with you in the middle of the issue and tell you the same thing. We had sent our laptop to service center two times in span of one month. Chat with support doesn't have any information related to service or what's happened to laptop or what service they had provided or when will the service going to complete ..they simply put "message that we have escalated the issue " with out having any related information ..after we received laptop from service also they say we are discussing with the concerned team ..they lack any information related to service..
