one of disgust …

My experience since the last of December 2020 to today, Jan 22, 2021, is one of disgust. My Inspiron IS STILL NIOT FIXED! Their service has run me around, had me update the BIOS and Wi-Fi drivers, strip my applications from my Windows environment, promised me they would bring parts (motherboard and hard drive with Win 10) and then NOT. They have WASTED days of my time staying home and waiting on service techs. Every one said they would be back the next day with parts to do the job right and it never happens. DAYS, then weeks go by with no communication. I will NEVER buy a Dell service contract again, and NOW I’m not sure I will buy a dell again. Their service is not doable for those of us that depend on our computing products to get production done. I am traveling away from home teaching and needed my Inspiron to work. Having to borrow other people's laptops is very unprofessional. The one thing that showed me they don't care about getting the work done on time is that you labeled my problem priority a "medium." I expected more from Dell. Since Dell has jobbed out the support to foreign non english-speaking countries, your service has become rated at the low bottom for the industry according to IDC and not worth the hassle of owning and paying for.
