I have always held Dell in high regard. I have owned more than 10 of their computers/laptops over the years and found them reliable and well made. Just as well it turns out... My latest laptop developed a minor fault, one I thought would be easily resolved but No! One hour 45 minutes on a call with a 'service expert', running the same tests multiple times and repaeting myself ad nauseum and my issue is still unresolved! Good laptops but pray that they never go wrong because there is NO support if they do!
