I got a brand new Dell and the sound was very distorted right out of the box. I contacted Dell. It took them 24 hours to respond. I tried all of their suggestions. To no avail. Different reps were contacting me so clearly there was no coordination. After another day, they said they would call me and remote in. They never called. I sent 2 follow up emails and received no response. Really? This is a warranty? I have read numerous reviews of customers having the same problem with distorted sound, yet Dell seems to keep selling the computers with a known problem.
