These cut-throat upper class males keep those slaves enslaved by bullying developing nations economically. Which is why these slaves don't really have an incentive to be genuinely nice and honest towards greedy customers from developed nations. It is why Dell's customer "support" service is dodgy and customers struggle to get their technical issues resolved properly. But these cut-throat upper class males who control Dell care about profit more than customer satisfaction and human rights. So, these slaves and customers end up being frustrated anyway. Dell's planned obsolescence is harming Earth's environment and people's financial stability plus their sanity.
