I bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop directly from them online. I bought it because it had good reviews. I bought it 2-3 months ago and there are already problems because of design flaws. First, I cannot watch videos online without the fan turning on all the time. The vents are located at the bottom of the laptop, so there's no circulation. Second, the screen is already separating at the corner (near the power port) from the opening and closing the laptop.I never had these problems with the Dell I bought 4 years ago (same model).
