I don't recommend Dell products

Everything I have bought from Dell had issues. They probably use the cheapest components for their prebuilts. Because my previous noname prebuilt was much better and cheaper in the same time. I really thought Alienware is a sign of quality (How naive I was) Motherboard of Alienware prebuilt died after 1 month of use. Alienware monitor has a dead pixel on it. I have asked for an exchange and they wanted to send me a used refurbished monitor. Because I've asked for exchange after 30 days of purchase. Ridiculous offer -especially since- If we want a used monitor we all can buy it on second market for half the price. I paid to Dell full price on my monitor and they want to send me a used monitor? Why, because their product was defective from their factory? For real, Dell is something... The software from Dell (no surprise here) doesn't work as well. Their Alienware Command center is good for RGB control only. If you want to control your fans, you are in trouble. Side fan-control programs are not compatible with Dell prebuilt, I tried like five of them. Their service is also a funny story. I was waiting for on site service for exchange defective motherboard and the support guy didn't show up, like my time doesn't matter. He tried to reschedule twice and lied that he got stuck in traffic though I could see his GPS location online, he simply didn't move because he didn't want to work. Their online customer support clearly didn't even understand what they are doing, rude and unprofessional. The assistant asked me if - I performed a troubleshooting for my complain about the dead pixel on screen. Hilarious. And after my question - What troubleshooting I can do with dead pixel, he became rude ( People, who don't fit for their job, are rude usually). My question to Dell: Why are you so greedy? No adequate customer support, no quality products. It's a shame.And my suggestion to all customers: DON'T BUY FROM DELL
